  • Smiling Mind is an app that was created in Australia. Fun fact, Australia is one of the leading countries in the practice of mindfulness.  With free material for all ages it is a great app to put your mind at ease.  And, if you like Australian accents, you will love Smiling Mind.

  • My Life (used to be Stop, Breathe, and Think) is an app that allows a quick check in to see how you are feeling.  Based on the results of this check in, the app suggests mindfulness activities catered to you and the space you are in. My Life is quick, easy to use, and has a myriad of free material.

  • Box Breathe is an app that teaches the breathing strategy used in military training.  With a visual component that helps calm and focus your breathing, it is a great resource for all ages!

This site also recommends resources in these areas when trying to cover certain topics with your kids. In addition, there are questions provided to prompt important discussions with your child.

  • https://childmind.org/ The Child Mind Institute offers a plethora of resources for parents seeking answers and guidance to mental health questions and concerns pertaining to their children. For articles and insights on almost any topic, this is site gives tips and tricks to tackle even the most difficult issues with your child.

  • https://www.youtube.com/user/gozenonline Go Zen Online is an organization that is dedicated to the relief of childhood anxiety. To achieve this result, Go Zen has created unique online courses that include engaging animation that teach children how to recognize, understand, and overcome their anxiety.
